Hot on the heels of my Golborne Road visit, I nipped in to Kensal Flea on Saturday. Taking over two floors at The Paradise by Way of Kensal Green, it was a “local happening” of new and vintage fashion, good food, books and even magic!
I could only manage a flying visit, and I think I missed the local celebs due to put in an appearance (Sean Keaveny of Radio 6 and Anna Ryder Richardson of Changing Rooms fame!), but still managed to bag myself a £4 vintage scarf from the brilliant Rag & Bow and a cool food mat for the baby designed by Meenymineymo.
Not a bad half-an-hour’s haul.
